■ Brief introduction and description of the job
We are an International Development Cooperation NGO in the Republic of Korea named
‘Re-Shaping Development Institute (ReDI)’. We work to support and develop a model of
economic independence of the developing countries as a ‘Global Think-Tank Beyond Aid’.
Starting in 2025, we have joined the Project-type Dispatching Volunteers Program to
implement the “Emotional and Psychological Healing Project for Youth through Arts and
Culture in the Dominican Republic” with the financial aid of KOICA (Korea International
Cooperation Agency).
To proceed with this project, we’re looking for 2(two) coordinators to take charge of project
progress and management. Main duties include providing support and assistance to the
Korean field manager and officials of Escuela de Bellas Artes San Jose de Ocoa and
Escuela de Bellas Artes San Juan de la Maguana, who will be in charge of this project.

· 1 Coordinator for San Jose de Ocoa and for San Juan de la Maguana, each
■ Tasks
∙ Management of overall project, including project preparation and progress management
∙ Administrative and accounting tasks necessary to proceed with the project
∙ Provide support to volunteers’ activities as required
∙ Assist with the meeting related to the project
∙ Regular follow-ups, reports, and documents of the project
∙ Translate project-related documents (Spanish to English, English to Spanish)
■ Qualifications and requirements
∙ Hold a bachelor’s degree
∙ Have working experience at NGOs
∙ Have experience in accounting
∙ Be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently and cooperatively
∙ Be fluent in English. A knowledge of the Korean language is desirable but not essential
∙ Be interested in an NGO project
∙ Strong social skills for handling cultural differences (especially for working with Korean)
· Be able to stay in each province correspondent during the contract period

■ Work Hours
∙ Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break for lunch
- 40 hours per week, the specific working time can be placed flexible as the working conditions
■ Duration: 1 year

∙ US$550 above/month (depending on working experience and qualifications)
